Diagnosing engine bar with data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ you can see the intake air heater "a", circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
10867 Possible Causes:
10867 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 10867 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
