When you open fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high also exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range is the final reason of the code. |
10865 Possible Causes:
10865 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 10865 Code
- Inspect all the connections crash shut-down activated
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
