When you open intake air heater "a", circuit open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit range / performance and evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

10862 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 10862 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
