Accumulated in electronic control units so camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit or injection pump, fuel calibration not learned is the final reason of the code. |

10861 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 10861 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
