When you open secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high or fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
10849 Possible Causes:
10849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 10849 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
