This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake flap motor 2 (v275), open or short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle closed position, performance or change tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

10823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

What To Check After Fixing 10823 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b'
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
