This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data-bus powertrain, missing message from fuel injection pump or speed signal error message of the abs controller is the final reason of the code. |

10821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10821 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
