The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of transmission ecu and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
10819 Possible Causes:
10819 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10819 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
