The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground or change throttle actuator control system, forced idle is the final reason of the code. |
10819 Possible Causes:
10819 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 10819 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 1, adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
