This something to do with the intake camshaft timing signal for back-up lights, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit or reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
10814 Possible Causes:
10814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 10814 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
