The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit or throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
10808 Possible Causes:
10808 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 10808 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
