This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector control pressure, too high - engine off retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ or reductant temperature sensor, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

10720 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
