The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor torque management feedback signal "a" or change control module throttle actuator position, performance is the final reason of the code. |
10716 Possible Causes:
10716 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10716 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
