Staring in engine ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high you can see the exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
