The problem is about intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vehicle speed signal, circuit open or air leak between throttle body and intake valves will delay your vw fault. |
10707 Possible Causes:
10707 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10707 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
