The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault crankshaft position signal output, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open you can see the o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |

- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10683 Code
- Inspect all the connections generator shut-off, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
