The problem is about water in fuel condition run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean and exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low is the final reason of the code. |
10679 Possible Causes:
10679 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10679 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
