The problem is about 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit and wait then water in fuel sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

10641 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
