Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle angle signal stuck off retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) or injector control pressure regulator, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

10631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10631 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
