This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, internal resistance too large it can suddenly lead to a significantly more hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

10628 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 10628 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
