10609 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about bank 1, system too lean off idle causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground and throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
10609 Possible Causes:
10609 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
