Staring in engine clutch torque, adaptation at limit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit . On the other hand valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
10601 Possible Causes:
10601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10601 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
