106 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine air leak between throttle body and intake valves it can suddenly lead to a significantly more injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit you can see the exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration is the final reason of the code. |
106 Possible Causes:
106 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 106 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
