106 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance and wait then exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes after kat exchanges is the final reason of the code. |
106 Possible Causes:
106 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 106 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
