The problem is about exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust pressure sensor, low or change ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault.
