This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system crash shut-down activated or change activation, intake manifold runner bank 2 control, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
10558 Possible Causes:
10558 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 10558 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
