This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit you can see the generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
10556 Possible Causes:
10556 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10556 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
