10511 Description And Summary : |

When you open ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit and wait then relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
10511 Possible Causes:
10511 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10511 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
