10509 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting and secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
10509 Possible Causes:
10509 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10509 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
