The problem is about injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high or change shift lock, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
10502 Possible Causes:
10502 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 10502 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet, cylinder 5 (n244), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
