When you open secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high and shift lock, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
10501 Possible Causes:
10501 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10501 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
