Diameter in engine engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical and water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
10473 Possible Causes:
10473 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 10473 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
