This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu . So for next intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
10472 Possible Causes:
10472 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10472 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
