The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction also signal 'door up' not recognized is the final reason of the code. |
10464 Possible Causes:
10464 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10464 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
