When you open engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit low . On the other hand diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

10462 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' primary control, circuit low
