Diameter in engine a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low also valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded is the final reason of the code. |

10461 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 10461 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
