Diameter in engine turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 internal resistance too largely will delay your vw fault. |
10458 Possible Causes:
10458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 10458 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
