This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open and ignition switch run/start position, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
10437 Possible Causes:
10437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 10437 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
