This something to do with the intake camshaft timing kick down switch malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) is the final reason of the code. |
10425 Possible Causes:
10425 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10425 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
