Staring in engine barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil 'j' primary control, circuit low and wait then intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
10416 Possible Causes:
10416 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 10416 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
