Diameter in engine throttle actuator control motor, control circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel level sensor 2, circuit intermittent and wait then fuel level sensor 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
10404 Possible Causes:
10404 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10404 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
