10401 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for torque support mount, open circuit and ignition coil 'h' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
10401 Possible Causes:
10401 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10401 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for coolant system circuit, low / intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
