Diameter in engine exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage or change reductant temperature sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
10400 Possible Causes:
10400 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 10400 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
