104 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system starter interlock, circuit short to ground and generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
104 Possible Causes:
104 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 104 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
