The problem is about exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank it can suddenly lead to a significantly more oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit and idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
