Staring in engine cylinder 11 above knock threshold mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low or change evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open will delay your vw fault. |
10343 Possible Causes:
10343 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 10343 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
