This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine temperature too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'j' secondary circuit, malfunction . On the other hand engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match is the final reason of the code. |
10331 Possible Causes:
10331 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10331 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
