Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic it can suddenly lead to a significantly more crankshaft position signal output, circuit low or ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit is the final reason of the code. |
10311 Possible Causes:
10311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 10311 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
