This code were stamped on VW Engine case turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground . So for next nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low will delay your vw fault.
