When you open linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high you can see the transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
10280 Possible Causes:
10280 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10280 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
