This something to do with the intake camshaft timing solenoid ev 7 (n94), electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit you can see the turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical is the final reason of the code. |
10262 Possible Causes:
10262 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10262 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
