The problem is about fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high or change supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
10251 Possible Causes:
10251 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 10251 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
